"I hope someday, somebody wants to hold you for twenty minutes straight and that's all they do. They don't pull away, they don't look away, they don't try to kiss you.  All they do is wrap you up tight in their arms without an ounce of selfishness in it." - Waitress...

My wish for all of my children and my friends, to have a love like that. An unselfish and unconditional love.

Jack, remember this moment my son for you are only young and innocent once. You're mother is very wise and poetic when she speaks of you and you sisters. I, as a father only wish to have half the bond that a mother, yours, does with there children.
Emily, I am sorry but your quote is lovely but for my dazed ond confused mind unrealistic to me!! Why you ask, when someone has been to place, has seen the things that I have seen and has been invovled with the things that I have been involved with (speaking of my military career) it is hard to hold on to someeone without being selfish. You may not know when that will be the last time you see that individual. I could care less about the kiss but I do care about the connection that one moment brings because that moment can bring life time memories. XOXOXO
