Sunday's session

A few of my favorites from Sunday. My favorite shots are never the posed shots, I always like the whimsical shots, I catch mom and dad kissing on their little one, or I catch the little one walking away and the light is just right. These are my favorite moments, my clients usually feel the same or they wouldn't come to me. They love these candid moments and I'm so lucky to have this gift to be able to capture it for them, forever on film. :)

Weekend family session

What a cutie this little guy was. Three months old and so alert. ;) They were a joy to photograph, I can't wait for them to bring him back when he is sitting up and grinning.

Quote and photos for the day

As we grow older, it becomes difficult to just believe. It's not that we don't want to, but too much has happened and we can't. - Quote from Now and Then
I hope that I never get to this point, I'm still pretty much a child at heart, you know? I "believe" that people are good, I "believe" that my children are naive. I don't ever want to become cynical about the world, I'm pretty much of a glass is half full person instead of it being half empty. My husband, total pessimist. I hope to at least pass along to my children that there is always a silver lining.
We got ice and it's cold cold cold..... no school for the kids and maybe not tomorrow either. Happy Happy Joy Joy *voice dripping with sarcasm* ;D
