It was cold.... in beach weather terms, but they wanted to go and I wanted to take some "beach" shots, so we endured it. :)

Always after we go away, so badly needing a break, I wonder, why in the HECK did we go away? We come home and things are CRAZY, laundry to do, things to clean, our internet was out for two days, Jack got an illness on Saturday, I contracted it Saturday night, the girls have it now... UGH why did we go away? 

Anyway, here are photos from day one in Chicago.
